INVISIBLE CHILDREN

A SCREENING OF INVISIBLE CHILDREN
The Reconciliation Youth are presenting the compelling documentary film Invisible Children in Brown Hall at 7 PM on Monday, March 5. This film tells in a fast-paced and powerful way the heartbreaking story of Ugandan children hiding out to avoid abduction and forced conscription
into the army.
Created by three young filmmakers after a 2003 trip to Uganda, Invisible Children is
committed to exposing the tragedy of the children in Northern Uganda while proving that this
generation has the power to influence change. The film has now been seen by more than 2 million people around the world and has inspired a grassroots movement and a nonprofit organization.
